The Center Cosmos, sciences and societies (former Paris Centre for Cosmological Physics) is a space for research, education and scientific exchanges attached to the AstroParticule et Cosmologie Laboratory, a joint research unit of the CNRS, the University of Paris, the CEA and the Paris Observatory.
The physics of the Universe is the foundation of a universal scientific culture. With its concepts that challenge the common sense, it encourages exchange, discussion and reflection. The Cosmos, sciences and societies‘s leaders are firmly convinced that, although complex, this science is accessible to all and that its broadest dissemination contributes to the development of a knowledge-based society.
